How do we process your data?
We collect your data from you to assess your financial situation to the place you with an appropriate lender which we believe is suitable for your requirements. How do we store your data?
All the data we collect from you on the website is protected against unauthorised access. We maintain appropriate security measures and procedures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you on the website. We will not be responsible for breaches of our security beyond our reasonable control. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.

How long will we retain your data for?
We must keep records for a minimum of 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to or longer if they show a transaction that covers more than one of the company’s accounting periods.

We will only contact you in relation to any existing finance arrangements with us or if we feel like there is a product that suits your needs based upon previous interactions with you. The right available to you in respect of the processing
You have the right to allow us to contact you for marketing purposes if you have a finance contract with us, we hold the right to contact you whilst the finance agreement is still in place. Once this has finished you can request that we no longer contact you for any purpose such as marketing and you may request that any data held by us about you to be deleted from our systems.
Your right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent in which we will endeavor to remove and delete your data from our database unless legal obligated to hold this information in which we will inform you of this.
